Lightning-man Bio

Powers: Lightning-man can swing on lightning and he can shoot it. He also has a lightning boomerang.

History: Liam Stuart was walking in the park with his boomerang. After a short while, a ferocious storm appeared out of no where. He decided to throw his boomerang one more time before leaving, and CRACK, lightning hit the boomerang. Before he knew what was happening, the boomerang came back and hit him on the head. He fell unconscious. Meanwhile, a lady named Annie Gibbet was in a near by house, watching him. She saw him get hit by lightning and thought he was dead. But she ran out side, and bought him into the house. When he woke up, he was fine. When Annie told him what happened he was confused.

A couple of weeks later there was another storm. This time Liam went in to the storm deliberately. He found out he could control and harness the lightning.  Before long he and Annie Gibbet became friends, and she became one of the few people who knew Lighting-man's secret identity.
